No, there is no application process needed for the Energize Delaware Marketplace rebates. The rebates are instantly applied at the point of sale.

Is there a minimum and maximum amount I can buy?
Yes, the instantly-rebated products have limits on the amount you can purchase per year. They are as follows:
Advanced Power Strips:
4 advanced power strips per customer account, per year.
48 bulbs or 12 packs of LED bulbs per customer account, per year.
Smart Lighting Products:
8 bulbs or 4 packs of smart LED bulbs per customer account, per year.
4 smart thermostats per customer account, per year.
Water Saving Measures
4 showerheads per customer account, per year.
8 faucets aerators per customer account, per year.
6 pieces per customer account, per year.
When a customer makes a purchase, who does the charge come from?
The charge on your credit card will come from AM Conservation Group, the Energize Delaware Marketplace product vendor.
How do I know if my order was received?
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you used while registering for your account. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking code.
What are the shipping and handling rates?
The Energize Delaware Marketplace has free shipping and handling on orders, before tax, over $25. There's a flat rate fee of $10 for order totals under $25.
Can my purchases be shipped to another address?
All orders must ship to your utility service address in Delaware.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You should receive your order within 7-10 business days.
General Item Returns
Eligible Time Period: 30 days from delivery date
Non-Eligible Items: opened or installed thermostats, caulks, foams, mastic, tapes, and items that are not in original condition
We want you to be satisfied with the products purchased from us, but are unable to refund products that have been installed, for which the original packaging has been destroyed, or that are otherwise not in original condition and resalable. You are responsible for returning products in a safe, unbroken condition, so please pack returns carefully. You may want to insure returns of valuable merchandise. Upon receipt a credit equal to the product purchase price will be issued to you through the same payment method you used to pay for the order.
Incorrectly Shipped Orders
Eligible Time Period: 2 business days from delivery date. Depending on the original method of shipment we will either issue a FEDEX Call Tag or send a prepaid return address label for you to return the incorrectly shipped merchandise. We will ship a new order for the correct merchandise within one business day.
Damaged Item Returns
Eligible Time Period: 2 business days from delivery date. If an order has arrived damaged you should notify both Energize Delaware Marketplace and the carrier within 2 business days. All packaging should be kept because the carrier may choose to inspect the damaged goods and shipping box at the delivery address. Energize Delaware Marketplace will issue a credit to the customer pending confirmation from the carrier. We may or may not request return of the damaged goods. If we do request that the goods be returned GreyStone Power Corporation will either issue a FEDEX call tag or provide a prepaid return address label to be used for returning those items damaged in transit.
Defective Item Returns (Smart Thermostats)
If a smart thermostat is deemed truly defective by the manufacturer, NOT incompatible, contact the thermostat manufacturer to discuss replacement. See below.
